Senior Engineering Product Manager

Senior Engineering Product Manager Seeking a Senior Engineering Product Manager with strong gas turbine and rotating equipment experience to support LM2500 and PE6000 turbine programs. This role is focused on technical program leadership, cross-functional coordination, budgeting, and driving engineering deliverables across product lifecycle initiatives. This is an engineering-focused role, not a traditional IT Product Manager position. Location Preferred onsite in Sedalia, MO Open to remote candidates for the right fit Must work Central Time business hours Approximately 30% travel required, including trips to Sedalia every 2–3 months Responsibilities Lead product strategy, roadmap, and engineering program execution Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional deliverables Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, QA, manufacturing, and outsourced vendors Drive accountability and ensure projects stay on schedule Support testing, validation, and lifecycle management activities Lead meetings and communicate technical updates to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 5–10 years of gas turbine, rotating equipment, or technical product/program management experience Experience with LM2500, PE6000, or aero-derivative gas turbines strongly preferred Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, budgeting, manufacturing, and engineering coordination Candidates with hands-on turbine engineering experience plus project/program leadership are encouraged to apply Compensation Base salary up to approximately $180K Bonus potential up to 20% Full benefits package included #J-18808-Ljbffr
