Candidates must be comfortable with flexible staffing ratios. Description: This position is for a registered nurse specializing in medical-surgical and telemetry care. The unit specializes in the acute care of patients undergoing solid organ transplants, thoracic surgeries, and hepatology treatments. Patients typically require intensive monitoring and care during their acute healing phases. The nurse-to-patient ratios may flex based on staffing needs. The unit provides care to a diverse population, including transplant recipients and donors. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential for optimal patient care delivery. Nurses will participate in the continuum of care for transplant patients. The team is passionate about caring for a unique patient population.
