We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our rapidly growing team in Boulder County, where natural beauty, innovation, and professional opportunity converge.
This position offers immediate equity partnership with no buy-in required-an exceptional opportunity to help shape a modern oral surgery practice from the ground up. You'll collaborate with forward-thinking surgical partners, supported by advanced clinical systems, a dedicated care team, and a strong infrastructure built to accelerate your growth.
What You Can Expect

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and confidently builds new relationships by proactively engaging with prospective referral Doctors
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligible for licensure in the state of Colorado
Communicative and team-oriented, with a commitment to relationship-based care
Passionate about clinical excellence, mentorship, and contributing to a collaborative culture
