CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a CRM and Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a travel client in Miami. This candidate will own CRM and lifecycle strategy within a recently implemented HubSpot environment, with a focus on optimizing how the organization utilizes HubSpot while remaining hands‑on with customer data, segmentation, automation, integrations, and campaigns. They will build personalized customer journeys from acquisition through conversion, retention, and loyalty, translate HubSpot’s capabilities and limitations into actionable marketing initiatives, and partner across Marketing, Sales, Trade, IT, and Analytics to support integrations with Seaware and other communication platforms. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user who can bridge CRM technology, data, marketing strategy, customer experience, and hands‑on execution. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing experience Strong hands‑on HubSpot expertise, including workflows, automation, segmentation, and reporting Experience developing and optimizing customer journeys and lifecycle strategies from lead through retention/loyalty Strong understanding of CRM data, integrations, personalization, and marketing automation Experience building automated and trigger‑based lifecycle campaigns Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance Ability to translate CRM capabilities and limitations into clear marketing strategies and customer actions Strong cross‑functional experience across Marketing, Sales, Trade, and technical teams Comfortable owning strategy while remaining hands‑on with the platform and execution Experience with Seaware or similar reservation platforms Travel, hospitality, cruise, or e‑commerce experience Experience with a recently implemented HubSpot environmentFamiliarity with CDPs, lead scoring, A/B testing, and email deliverability/compliance We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
