To achieve this, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who, in the future, will be able to become an AI Lead and help us scale the product and create solutions that become part of the daily lives of millions of users.

In the team, you will work with Anton (CTO of OBRIO). Working directly with him, you will have a real impact on the product's technical strategy, quick decisions, and the opportunity to build business-level AI solutions, not just code.

What challenges await you?

• Build the AI direction in the company from scratch and scale its impact on the business

• Launch and implement AI initiatives in several departments (content, marketing, support)

• Formulate and prioritize the AI roadmap together with stakeholders

We see your impact in:

• Development, launch, and scaling AI/ML models that impact user experience and business metrics

• Formulating approaches to responsible use of AI (data ethics, privacy, explainability)

• Making key technical decisions that directly impact product results

• Building processes and teams to implement AI in various business areas

• Hiring and developing a team of AI specialists

What contributes to your success in this role?

• You have 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML

• It is not the first time for you to launch models in production and scale them

• You have worked with generative models/LLM (OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.)

• You are familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and modern pipelines

• You are interested in building processes from scratch, think in product impact metrics, and love challenging tasks

• You are proactive and ready to make technical decisions that impact the business
