You will champion the voice of the guest, working collaboratively with various departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality service delivery, all while operating remotely. Your primary focus will be on elevating the overall guest sentiment and driving repeat business from your home office. This role is based remotely, serving guests across various locations but managed from your own dedicated workspace. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage innovative guest experience strategies and programs. Analyze guest feedback data (surveys, reviews, direct communication) to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive guest journey maps to ensure a consistent and positive experience across all touchpoints. Create and oversee the implementation of service standards and best practices for guest interactions. Collaborate closely with customer support, product development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on guest experience initiatives. Develop and manage training materials and programs for remote and on-site staff focused on guest experience excellence. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Act as a primary advocate for the guest, ensuring their needs and feedback are represented in business decisions. Proactively identify potential service issues and implement preventative solutions. Manage online reputation and respond to reviews across various platforms. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in guest experience and customer relationship management. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest experience, customer success, or a related field within the hospitality or service industry. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful guest experience strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent understanding of customer journey mapping and service design principles. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders remotely. Proficiency in CRM software and guest feedback platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Zendesk, etc.). Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributed teams. Experience in developing training materials and conducting remote training sessions. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences. Must have a stable internet connection and a dedicated, professional home office setup.
