Dental Front Desk/Treatment Coordinator

- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Open Dental
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Keep the reception area clean and organized Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dental office is mandatory
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Spanish speaking (bilingual ) is nice to have
- Present treatment plan with confidence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role
