Duties + Responsibilities Report to work on time and ready for your shift Communicate with Accommodations Manager and Shift Lead to understand the work that needs to be done each day Use our systems to efficiently clean rooms and prepare them for the next guests Communicate maintenance and facilities needs through the appropriate channels Interact with guests in a friendly a professional manner Permission to Play Values Kindness - at the heart of our interactions is showing empathy, warmth, and thoughtfulness to make everyone feel welcomed and valued.
