You’re comfortable approaching new people, starting conversations, and keeping interactions professional and positive. Results-oriented. You don’t just collect names—you focus on generating quality leads that can be successfully worked by the call center. Detail-oriented with high integrity. You gather accurate information and follow the process so downstream teams can succeed. Professional and reliable. You show up on time, represent the company well, and follow through on expectations. Engaged and resilient. You can stay focused and upbeat through slower traffic, longer shifts, and a wide range of personalities. Coachability matters. You take feedback well, apply what you’re taught, and work to improve over time. This role is pivotal to growing Omni Remodeling through events and retail outreach.
