Head of Product

Vyond is at an important inflection point. We've built a strong foundation as a leader in video creation, and our next chapter is to become the customer-first AI communication platform for the enterprise.

We're seeking a Head of Product to lead this transformation-defining the product vision and strategy, leading the global product organization, and evolving our platform and portfolio to drive customer value, retention, expansion, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate can set a bold long-term vision while making the hard choices to bring it to life. They understand that winning in enterprise AI is about more than adding AI features: it requires building a trusted platform grounded in proprietary data, deep customer insight, workflow integration, quality, security, and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define a differentiated, customer-first product vision and multi-year strategy.
• Evolve Vyond from a creation tool into an integrated enterprise communication platform.
• Align AI, platform, workflow, content, analytics, and distribution into a cohesive experience.
• Identify and prioritize the capabilities needed to achieve the vision.

Customer & Market Leadership

• Build a deeply customer-centric, data-driven product organization.
• Expand adoption across enterprise functions and use cases.
• Partner with GTM leaders to translate customer and market needs into product strategy.
• Drive adoption, retention, expansion, and lifetime value.
• Stay ahead of market, competitive, customer, and technology trends.

Platform, AI & Product Excellence

• Lead the evolution toward a connected platform spanning creation, collaboration, delivery, management, and analytics.
• Build durable differentiation through trust, data, domain expertise, quality, security, and enterprise readiness.
• Set a high bar for usability, reliability, and product experience.
• Foster rapid experimentation and learning while maintaining strategic focus.

Leadership & Organization

• Lead and develop a world-class global product organization and leadership team.
• Build the talent, operating model, and decision-making systems needed to scale.
• Foster ownership, customer empathy, accountability, evidence-based decisions, and disciplined prioritization.
• Partner closely with executive leadership across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Translate strategy into a clear roadmap and drive strong cross-functional execution.
• Global Collaboration: Lead effectively across Vyond's global organization, including regular travel to APAC offices to run workshops, align distributed teams, and deepen relationships across regions and cultures.

Growth & Business Performance

• Make product a primary driver of adoption, retention, expansion, and customer value.
• Establish clear product KPIs and North Star metrics tied to business outcomes.
• Strengthen product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Apply disciplined resource allocation and investment decisions aligned to company performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of software product management experience, including 5+ years in senior product leadership.
• Proven success leading product in a fast-moving SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Experience transforming a product, platform, or business into a broader strategic offering.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled products, platform strategy, data-driven product development, and enterprise AI.
• Experience building products for large enterprises; regulated or communication-intensive industries are a plus.
• Strong commercial understanding of SaaS economics, retention, expansion, enterprise buying, and value-based models.
• Experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary product organizations.
• Demonstrated success managing distributed, global teams and working across cultures.
• Strong technical and analytical fluency, including modern product development, analytics, and AI/ML.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Additional language skills relevant to global markets are a plus.
