Job Description Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing, creating loyalty, and increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on alternatives, and identifies banking opportunities and makes referrals to branch staff. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customers' problems. Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC employees maintain high standards in customer focus, risk management, and continuous learning. Qualifications Knowledgeable of customer‑centric values and practices. Ability to assess and manage risks in line with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
