In this role, you’ll handle a high volume of customer calls and provide timely, professional support. Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of inbound customer calls
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Follow all communication procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous customer care or call center experience required
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

The base pay range for this position is $17 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
