Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Representative is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and building long‑term, trust‑based relationships with our builders. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in componentized metal building systems and your ability to interpret technical drawings to troubleshoot issues and provide expert guidance. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and use applications such as Oracle R12, Excel, and CRM systems to efficiently manage and resolve cases. Responsibilities Provide insightful feedback and data on recurrent issues to enhance customer service and performance Deliver exceptional customer service by responding swiftly and professionally to inquiries from the Builder organization Foster and maintain positive customer relationships by actively gathering feedback from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring ongoing improvements Communicate and collaborate effectively with technical teams to address customer needs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently Regularly generate detailed and analytical service reports Collaborate with other departments to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to fulfill customer needs Assess customer requirements and offer expert advice and recommendations Establish trust‑based relationships with customers to ensure long‑term satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required Technical education, certifications, or related experience are preferred A strong knowledge of componentized metal buildings and the ability to read drawings are essential Experience in the following areas is preferable: 3+ years in componentized metal buildings or roof and wall systems 3+ years in Field Service or Customer Service roles Proficiency in PC‑based applications, including Excel, Word, Oracle R12, and CRM are a positive Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary The ability to travel periodically (approximately 10%) for on‑site visits Benefits and Compensation Our teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play. The US base salary for this full‑time position is $60,000-$65,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401(k) and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
