What You’ll Do Work with Redfin.com customers and the broader client base to reach qualified buyers and win listings. Use Redfin’s proprietary CRM to manage deals and maintain contact with your pipeline, with alerts when a client may be ready to move. Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents. Have an inside sales team qualify opportunities and book them directly on your calendar, handling details for events such as showing appointments. Compensation and Benefits Competitive commissions with unlimited upside; splits vary by deal source (Agent-generated vs Redfin-generated) and higher splits for repeat Redfin clients. In-year accelerators that unlock higher commissions once you hit sales thresholds for the remainder of the year. Who You Are Active and unrestricted real estate license. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market; provide and maintain current auto insurance with minimum limits of 100/300/50. Minimum of 1 year of residential real estate sales experience (ideally with closed transactions) or related real estate experience including prior Redfin experience. Trusted advisor with experience guiding clients through the home buying and selling process; proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and generating referrals. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; comfortable embracing technology to build business and collaborate. This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Typical commissions range from $30,000 to $1,250,000, with average earnings around $165,000 and uncapped potential.
