We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing personalized assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores

- Support clients in participating in community activities, outings, and recreational events

- Promote independence by encouraging skill development and self-advocacy

- Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and needs

- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients

- Collaborate with team members, families, and service providers to develop and implement individualized care plans

Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain energetic, patient, and empathetic in a variety of situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
- Ability to lift and assist with physical activities as needed
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and community resources is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
