TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiac Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid Nursing License Certifications: ACLS, BCLS Must-Have: Telemetry experience Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Experience with cardiac drips including Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Amiodarone, Lasix, and Heparin Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO may result in a cancellation. Must be comfortable working with patients requiring telemetry monitoring, including those with chest pain, arrhythmias, pacemakers, or defibrillators. Must be able to work with a heart failure navigator. The unit has a patient ratio of 1:5-6. Floating to other telemetry units is required. Weekend requirement includes 4 weekend days within a 6-week period. Interdisciplinary support is provided from various teams including IV, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Social Services. Must adhere to call-off policies as they are strongly enforced. Candidates must have a teamwork approach and meet behavioral expectations in all interactions with patients and staff. EKG testing is required prior to the start of the position. Pre-start modules must be completed online before beginning. Must be open to floating within or near the facility as outlined in the job description.
