Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant who enjoys helping people regain strength, mobility, independence, and confidence?

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in the Wayne, NJ area . This is an opportunity to work directly with residents and patients while being part of a collaborative rehabilitation team focused on meaningful outcomes and quality care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance, and functional activities

• Help residents improve mobility and independence with activities of daily living

• Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment

• Communicate effectively with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Follow individualized treatment plans and established clinical standards

• Educate residents and caregivers on appropriate exercises, mobility techniques, and safety

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric experience is a plus
