The role involves working around the store (inside and out) in many different areas to help maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service. Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store. Skills and Experience Excellent customer care and friendly conversation. Quick pace performance while enjoying the work. Team player who helps accomplish daily goals. Creative problem‑solving and idea generation. Physical ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours, lift/carry up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, and use eye‑hand coordination as needed. Preferred Qualifications Retail and customer service experience. Sales associate or cashiering experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career. Willingness to learn and enjoy the work. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours in a shift. Lift or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes. Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with twisting for up to an hour. Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects and perform eye‑hand coordination.
