Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Florida PTA state license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Role Details:

• Primary specialty: Physical Therapist Assistant in outpatient orthopedics.
• Caseload expectations: Hourly-based productivity model.
• Treatment model: Mix of 1:1 and concurrent care. Occasional overlapping appointments and double-booking are common.

• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and functions as the clinician “eyes and ears” for physicians.
