Part-time (25 hrs/week) Mail Clerk

The Mail Clerk (part-time, 20-25 hours a week) is responsible for managing the daily handling, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the Malibu office. This role supports smooth office operations by ensuring timely delivery, accurate sorting, and proper tracking of all correspondence. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Prepare and process outgoing mail, including certified mail, overnight shipments, and courier pickups. Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries. Assist with scanning, copying, and filing documents as needed. Provide general clerical and administrative support as requested.
