This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth client experience by managing account-related processes, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate records.The ideal candidate has strong administrative and account management experience, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accuracy when working with forms, client data, and internal systems.Qualifications / Job RequirementsAt least 3-5 years experience proven administrative or operations experience, preferably in account management, financial services, or client supportExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accuratelyHas experience with CRM systems, document management, and online communication toolsProfessional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyMust be available to work Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST onsiteJob ResponsibilitiesSupport the full lifecycle of client account management, including new account setup, account maintenance, and transfer processingCoordinate and facilitate 401(k) rollovers and account transfers with accuracy and professionalismComplete and process all required forms and documentation promptly and correctlyMaintain thorough and organized tracking of account activities and updatesCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams to ensure all requests are handled efficientlyExecute trading or transaction instructions as directed, ensuring compliance with firm policiesRecord all interactions, updates, and notes accurately in the firm's CRM systemProvide general administrative and operational support to the team as neededWhy StrittmatterStrittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in Fort Worth, TX.
