Building customer connections remotely, the full-time Customer Solutions Specialist will educate clients on sustainability initiatives and green energy while providing exceptional customer experiences and support with service setup and inquiries. Key responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer experiences by proactively building rapport based on business and personal needs Educate customers on IGS sustainability initiatives and residential commodity products while driving sales and retention Conduct consultative analysis to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling, achieving departmental customer experience and sales standards Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer Strong interpersonal and conversational skills Ability to multitask effectively and adhere to a set schedule
