• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Weekend Availability Required

Position Summary

As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will provide assistance with activities of daily living, medication support, and personalized care services according to each resident's care plan. We are looking for individuals who deliver care with kindness, professionalism, respect, and compassion while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, daily living activities, and hygiene needs
• Administer medications according to community policies and state regulations (as qualified)
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Support residents' dietary needs by reviewing food preferences, allergies, and restrictions
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team members
• Promote resident comfort, safety, dignity, and independence

Qualifications

• Positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to exceptional resident care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous assisted living or senior care experience preferred
• Genuine passion for working with seniors
• Current Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver Certificate
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification
• Current Food Handler Card
• Verifiable professional references
• Prior medication administration experience preferred
