Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 24 beds, 5 fast track Number of Staff – shift dependent Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 4-9 nurses depending on time of day. We flex in staff with volume and arrival patterns. Utilize techs and paramedics too Night Shift – 1 charge nurse 9-4 nurses depending on time of day and arrival pattern. Utilize techs and paramedics. Patient Ratios – 4:1 EMR – Meditech Shift Specifics: All shifts are variable – Days: 7a/9a/11a, Evenings: 11a/1p/3p & Nights: 7p start. Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS ACLS PALS TNCC
