Define enterprise-wide test architecture and quality strategy as per STLC standards.

Implement scalable test automation frameworks using Python, BDD Framework, Selenium, and Playwright.

Establish testing standards, best practices, and governance in accordance with STLC.

Lead test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing approaches.

Perform API testing (REST & SOAP) using Postman and PyTest.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

Guide teams on functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.

Mentor QA Leads and Test Engineers on automation best practices.

Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Business teams.

Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Drive overall software quality and QA architecture initiatives.

Skills: Digital: Python~Test Automation Experience Required: 8-10 Years
