Full-Time or Part-Time Home Support WorkerStarting at $17.50/hrRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activitiesOffer guidance and support with bathroom routines, while respecting their independence where possibleDevelop and maintain a daily routine that caters to the individual's love of structure and activityEngage in fun and stimulating activities, including video games, and swimmingProvide 24/7 support, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times, while also respecting their need for alone timeCommunicate effectively and patiently, as the individual may not always express pain or discomfort verballyBENEFITS:Holiday pay and overtime payReferral bonusesA supervisor available 24/7Full Benefits Package for working 30 hours or more per weekABOUT US:Options in Community Living is a non-profit agency in Madison, WI helping adults with developmental disabilities live their best life.
