The Opportunity

As an independent sales agent, you'll build relationships, develop your own client base, and help individuals, families, businesses, and employee groups find supplemental insurance solutions that fit their needs.

No insurance experience? That's okay.

Our agents have come from all kinds of backgrounds—business ownership, hospitality, automotive sales, retail, customer service, professional sales, athletics, and more.

What matters most is who you are and how you're willing to work.

We provide the training, tools, coaching, and support. You bring the drive, discipline, resilience, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals, businesses, and employee groups to present supplemental insurance solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct appointments and follow up with prospects
• Develop referral and repeat-business opportunities
• Work toward activity and production goals
• Answer client questions and provide ongoing service
• Learn and implement a proven sales system
• Continuously develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required
• Experience in B2B sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, business ownership, or another performance-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and self-directed
• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
