Lead CT Radiologic Technologist*

Job Summary Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is hiring a Lead CT Radiologic Technologist (Senior Special Procedures Radiologic Technologist). The technologist will lead and produce CTs and radiographs during specialized procedures for the diagnosis of neurological, cardiologic, vascular, joint, lung, venous, throat, breast, arterial, and spinal disorders. Responsibilities Lead and produce CTs and radiographs during specialized procedures. Qualifications Certification Must be certified by the State of California, Department of Public Health as a Radiologic Technologist CRT/Fluoroscopy issued by the State of California, Department of Public Health Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association Venipuncture Certification for contrast media Registration Must possess registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as a Computerized Tomography (CT) Technologist Experience Three (3) years of recent experience within the past five (5) years as a Special Procedures Radiologic Technologist/CT Technologist, including one year in an acute care setting and two years in a hospital or ambulatory setting. One (1) year of experience as a lead technologist or supervising technologist is highly desirable. Pre-Employment Process Applicants selected for these positions must pass a background investigation, physical, and verification of employment history and education. On-Call Schedule Incumbents scheduled to be on-call must be able to arrive at the hospital within one hour after receiving a call. Availability ARMC is a twenty-four hour facility; applicants must indicate their shift availability. Shift differentials are provided.
