About the POSITION:

General Dentist – Florissant, Missouri

A well-established, family-focused dental practice in Florissant, Missouri is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its team. This is an established office with a strong patient base, modern technology, experienced hygiene support, and the backing of a growing doctor-led dental organization.

The opportunity is expected to be available October or November 2026 and is ideal for a dentist looking for an established practice where they can focus on comprehensive patient care while receiving strong operational and administrative support.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time General Dentist opportunity
• 2+ years of clinical experience required
• Established family practice with an existing patient base
• Patient mix is approximately 50% adults / 50% children
• Comprehensive bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Must be comfortable with endodontics and extractions
• Implant experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Currently supported by 2 hygienists , with plans to add a third
• Experienced clinical and administrative support team
• Dentrix practice management software
• Digital X-rays
• iTero digital scanner
• Strong emphasis on quality care, patient relationships, and long-term practice growth

The practice is supported by a doctor-led dental support organization with more than 25 affiliated locations . The organization provides recruiting, HR, accounting, marketing, IT, purchasing, and other non-clinical support, allowing dentists and their teams to spend more time focused on patient care.

The organization was founded by an experienced dentist and dental executive with an extensive background in building and supporting successful dental practices. Its model emphasizes a collaborative, people-first culture , clinical autonomy, professional development, and providing doctors with the business resources necessary to build successful long-term practices.

About the SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, approximately 1–2 Fridays per month
• Dentist participates in the team morning huddle 15 minutes before the office opens

About the COMPENSATION:

The compensation structure provides an initial guaranteed income while the dentist becomes established with the practice, followed by a collections-based model.

• $900/day guaranteed for the first 5 months
• After the guarantee period: around 34% of net collections , depending on experience
• Established patient base provides strong opportunity for long-term production and earnings
