Sales Professional & Logistics Coordinator

Joyce's Jewelry is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Professional & Logistics Coordinator. This unique position combines exceptional customer service and sales with the behind-the-scenes logistics that help our store operate efficiently. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in accuracy and organization, we'd love to meet you. While experience in the fine jewelry industry is a plus, it is not required. We are happy to train the right individual who has a strong customer service or sales background and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and professionalism.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer questions.
• Support the sales team in achieving store goals.
• Maintain an inviting and organized showroom.

Shipping & Logistics

• Create accurate shipping labels for outgoing packages.
• Carefully package jewelry and other merchandise for shipment.
• Ensure outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Receive incoming packages with care and attention to detail.
• Open and inspect shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Log received merchandise into company systems.
• Process and distribute incoming items to the appropriate team members.
• Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy and security throughout the shipping and receiving process.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience required.
• Jewelry industry experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures consistently and accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.

• Regular schedule of Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off (extended hours may be required during the holiday season).
• Base compensation between $40,000-$70,000 with quarterly bonus incentives
