Practice Info At St. Joseph Hospital, our Cardiac team works together to deliver exceptional care Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world An integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups Actively participate in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for a variety of complex cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, arrhythmia surgeries, and other cardiac interventions Work closely with a high-performing cardiac surgery team that works together to ensure the highest level of care for our patients Compensation Annual compensation between $550,000 – $585,000 W2 & 1099 options available Commencement bonus of up to $50,000 Shift & Schedule Various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099 A full-time CV anesthesiologist's workload consists of Week 1: Daytime OR cases (Monday – Friday) Week 2: Daytime OR cases (Monday through Friday) + home pager call (nights and weekends) Week 3: No clinical obligations Qualifications Board certified/eligible Cardiac Fellowship trained Authorized to work in the United States
