IT ANALYST

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our growing team. Position Overview As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that support the company’s business operations. You will work closely with various departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information systems and excellent problem‑solving skills. Key Responsibilities Analyze the company’s current technology infrastructure and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with different departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions Design, develop and implement information systems to support business operations Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals Train employees on how to use new systems and technologies Stay updated on new technology trends and make recommendations for implementation Manage and maintain hardware and software inventory Provide technical support to employees and assist with any IT‑related inquiries Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of information systems, databases, and network systems Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python Experience with database management and SQL Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus Why Work With Us?
