Behavior Technician

Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) In Home After‑School Hours Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part‑time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in‑home ABA therapy after school hours. Your Responsibilities Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members Requirements High School Diploma (required) Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred) Experience working with young children (preferred) Experience: Applied Behavior Analysis (Required) Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Job Details Pay: $25.00–35.00 per hour Expected hours: 15–30 per week Job Type: Part‑time Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed Ability to commute: Edison, NJ (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Autumn ABA
