Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting product packaging and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Operator
Location: Woburn, MA
Pay Range: $20.00
Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products
- Ensure finished products are packaged in accordance with procedures and quality standards
- Inspect in-process packaging and components to maintain consistent quality
- Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts
- Assist with inventory counting and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of industry experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand documentation and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and rotating shifts
