Description

Purpose of the Job: Perform daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, and inventory control.

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform daily warehouse activities using a computerized inventory control system
Locating, checking, counting, and moving warehouse inventory
Performing quality inspection upon receipt of material
Checking condition of items, comparing count/measure of items to inventory, noting discrepancies
Material handling duties as directed
Scanning, digitizing, and attaching related documents to inventory control management system
Maintaining facility cleanliness

Requirements

Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

Training:

Pentagon Basics
Export & ITAR compliance
Aerospace Industry Quality Training (Which includes QMS training, FAA 00 56, Traceability, 8130-3 documents, PAH's, ESD, Suspected unapproved Parts, Shelf Life/LLP's, AD's, ATA Spec 300, PMA Parts, Direct Ship Authority, Repair Stations and Standard Terminology.
90 Day Probation OJT (Includes: Return Material Authorization (RMA), Warehouse Transfers, Parts and Warehousing)
Forklift certification
Hazmat Training (Inspection Only approval on Inspection Roster)
