This travel OT position offers the chance to work within a dynamic PreK–8 school community, providing services to a manageable caseload of approximately 19 students. You’ll collaborate with educators, learn new approaches to student support, and see firsthand how innovative leadership shapes the experience for both staff and students. With a schedule spanning three days per week (6.5 hours per day), you’ll have ample flexibility to balance work and adventures.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous pediatric and/or school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and provide therapy for PreK–8th grade students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with school staff and families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school policies
• Deliver creative interventions tailored to individual student goals
• Participate in student-centered team meetings
