Center Manager

Salary: $100,000 Compensation Range: $100,000-$120,000+ Full medical insurance, dental benefits, and more, EOO.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire: Cultivate a high-performing physical therapist's team dedicated to exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
Drive efficiency: Optimize workflows, manage staffing, and utilize resources effectively to maximize productivity and profitability.
Ensure compliance: Uphold the highest standards of patient care and adhere to all applicable regulations.
Develop talent: Foster a culture of learning and growth by providing ongoing training and mentorship to staff.

Must-Haves:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
Current state licensure (if applicable) and CAPTE certification.
