PayCruit is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a growing manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and mechanics.
Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to support production goals.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Enforce OSHA, food safety, and company safety policies.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Manage parts inventory and maintenance supplies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience troubleshooting production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Food manufacturing experience preferred.
