Contribute to furniture development, branding integration, and member experience innovation. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative interior design concepts and space plans for new locations. Produce detailed design and construction documentation. Coordinate with architecture, construction, and procurement partners. Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings and installations. Support custom furniture and product development initiatives. Develop styling concepts and integrate brand elements into physical spaces. Balance design excellence with project schedules and budget requirements. Analyze member experiences and incorporate insights into future designs. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial interior design experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design excellence. Proficiency with CAD software; Vectorworks experience preferred. Experience producing construction documentation. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Hospitality, coworking, retail, furniture design, rendering, or branding experience is a plus.
