Pharmacy Practice - Student AssistantThe Department of Pharmacy Practice is seeking a WNE student to assist faculty with preparation and coordination of Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) and standardized patient activities.Because this position may involve access to confidential assessment materials, applicants cannot be currently enrolled in the PharmD program.Responsibilities:Assist with preparation and organization of OSCE materialsAssist with preparation of standardized patient training materialsHelp coordinate communications and materials for standardized patientsReview standardized patient instructions for clarity and consistencyOrganize case materials and supporting documentsAssist with scheduling and other administrative aspects of standardized patient activitiesAssist with in-person or virtual standardized patient training as neededMaintain strict confidentiality of all OSCE cases and assessment materialsComplete other OSCE-related preparation tasks as assignedQualifications:Must not be enrolled in the PharmD program or pre-pharmacyCurrent WNE student in good academic standingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsDependable and able to work independentlyComfortable using Microsoft Office/365 and ZoomAble to maintain strict confidentiality regarding assessment materialsStudents in health sciences, psychology, biology, neuroscience, education, communication, or other related programs are encouraged to apply.This position may involve access to secure educational assessment materials. The student worker must maintain strict confidentiality and may not share, reproduce, retain, photograph, or discuss OSCE cases or related assessment materials outside of assigned work.
