Job Summary The Technician - Therapeutic Spa at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while performing specialized spa treatments in accordance with established policies and standards. This role involves ensuring client safety and well-being, maintaining accurate documentation, and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills. The technician must possess relevant certifications, demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities, and serve as a professional representative of the Wellness Center, interacting closely with clients and conveying a high level of care and professionalism. Job Functions Customer Service Ensures excellent customer service; Performs field of expertise in a. professional manner in accordance with the Wellness Center therapeutic. spa policy and the standards set forth by the specified field of expertise certification. Supervision Responsible for the safety, security and well-being of each client.
