Incumbents perform janitorial, custodial, housekeeping and mechanical tasks; perform various manual tasks required for the routine maintenance of campus buildings and grounds. The Maintainer II functions as a working lead, performing maintenance duties while also coordinating shift activities, assigning work, and providing guidance to team members. This role does not include formal supervisory responsibilities.
