RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Hospital float pool position with expectation to float throughout the hospital including the Emergency Department

• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends

• Every other weekend schedule required

• No call responsibilities

• Minimum 2 years of experience required - unit accepts first time travelers

• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS

• Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission

• Epic charting system experience required

• Essential skills include: arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line care, isolation precautions, dysrhythmia management, IV starts and maintenance, suctioning, and titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips

• Holiday work requirements: work one major holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two if three fall during assignment

• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed per contract

• Full compliance required to start on time with documents due Tuesday prior to start

• No block schedule requests accepted

• Orientation hours are non-billable and vary by contract length
