Your Impact as a Receptionist Be the Director of First Impressions: you will manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care. What You'll Bring To The Team A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction. Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
