Store Lead - St. Louis Premium Outlets - Part Time

Location Chesterfield, Missouri Job Summary The Store Lead supports the Store Leadership Team by completing cash‑wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and serving as Leader on Duty (LOD). The role represents the brand, engages customers, maintains store standards, and promotes teamwork and employee development. Responsibilities Assist in developing talent through associate training, including in‑the‑moment coaching conversations. Partner with the Store Manager to address performance concerns with associates. Support and participate in all company training and development initiatives. Foster a positive work environment and provide direct, objective feedback in a timely manner. Assess performance and provide appropriate feedback on a daily basis and during annual performance reviews. Motivate and inspire associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment for both internal and external customers. Model, encourage, and demonstrate exceptional customer‑service behaviors while on the sales floor and maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring brand integrity. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner. Support the management team to maximize productivity through operational and product knowledge, customer service, and participation in key store initiatives. Participate in the Leader on Duty (LOD) program to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience and drive store profitability while leveraging payroll. Process payroll weekly and modify schedules based on business climate. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, adhering to set policies. Ensure Environmental (CRE) Standards and safety requirements are met. Process cash‑wrap operations and manage opening and closing procedures. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of previous retail experience. Minimum age 18 years. Skills and Behaviors Excellent customer engagement.
