Facility:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a state-of-the-art, newly launched clinic space that operates as part of a large multispecialty group. The facility features a dynamic team of 19 physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), offering access to specialists and ancillary services in a collaborative, supportive environment with very low staff turnover.

Job Details:

• Join a pioneering team in a brand new, state-of-the-art clinic facility
• Practice is built around core values of Quality, Hospitality, Respect, Justice, Stewardship, and Teamwork
• 1.0 FTE equates to 32 patient contact hours with flexible scheduling options
• Outpatient only position with a minimal 1:28 telephone call rotation (Community Call)
• ZERO Call model implemented – all after-hours call is covered by a separate call team
• Work within a multispecialty clinic with access to specialists and ancillary services
• Collaborate with a team of 19 physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs)
• Utilize the EPIC medical records system for efficient and effective patient care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
