Zest Culinary Services is seeking a Food Service Supervisor with strong culinary skills to lead daily kitchen operations at Belhaven University. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Front of House staff to ensure efficient service
• Assist with food preparation
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance (ServSafe preferred)
• Train, mentor, and support team members
• Manage inventory
• Oversee food presentation and portion control
• Maintain a positive and safe dining experience for students and staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in food service
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification a plus
