What You'll Do

• Prepare customer vehicles after service by washing and vacuuming them to luxury standards and every client drives away delighted.
• Safely move BMW, MINI, and Land Rover vehicles throughout the dealership and occasional valet services for our clients.
• Assist with vehicle staging, parking, and organization.
• Support the service department with tire storage and daily operations.
• Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and dealership grounds clean and welcoming.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure.
• This is an active position that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in a job well done.

• A customer-first mindset with a naturally positive attitude.
• Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Detail-oriented with pride in quality work.
• Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and work both indoors and outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record check required)
• Ability to safely operate customer vehicles
