Job Title: Advisor Support / Customer Service

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr on W2

We are seeking a customer-focused Advisor Support Associate to support veterinarians, medical professionals, and pet owners with product recommendations, orders, and account support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients and veterinarians with orders, product questions, and recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and text.
• Manage client accounts and follow up on customer needs.
• Use critical thinking to recommend appropriate animal and nutrition products.
• Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Shipping teams.
• Occasionally represent the company at horse shows, dog shows, conferences, and other events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress preferred.
• Background in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Business , or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of horses, dogs, veterinary products, animal nutrition, or supplements preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Occasional travel may be required.
