Install Assistant

We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall‑beds, garage cabinetry and more. Installation Assistant (Entry‑Level) We are currently searching for an Installation Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry‑level role, so the ideal candidate will be excited to grow their career in the field of installation. Responsibilities Assist installers with the safe, high‑quality, productive, and profitable installation of products in customers’ homes. Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction. Operate company vehicle, tools, and equipment safely. Use company‑provided tools and equipment. Follow an open‑door policy with the manager. Work Monday through Friday, no weekends and no required overtime. Compensation & Benefits Pay: $18.00 per hour. Direct track to become an installer with a pay increase. Paid training and ongoing professional development. Health, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits are provided. Qualifications No degree, certification, or specific experience is required. Customer‑oriented, friendly, and punctual. Possess and maintain a current driver’s license, good driving record, and operate company vehicle safely. Experience with closet, garage, and office installation preferred but not required.
